DESCRIPTION
A common challenge for jewelers is crafting bold statement earrings that remain lightweight and comfortable to wear. In this engaging two-day workshop, jeweler Carin Jones will guide you step-by-step through designing and creating earrings that combine striking volume with effortless wearability.

You’ll begin with a brass sheet, learning to design and etch your own unique pattern. Once etched, you’ll imprint the design onto silver, transforming your creation into a beautifully textured foundation. With your textured metal, you’ll explore techniques to shape voluminous earrings and add dazzling details like gemstones and gold accents to make your pieces truly stand out.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have gained valuable skills in metalworking, pattern creation, etching, and jewelry assembly. And, you will walk away with a stunning, one-of-a-kind pair of earrings to show off your newfound skills.

This workshop is perfect for beginners—no experience is necessary! All tools and materials will be provided.

SUPPLY INFORMATION
All required materials and supplies will be provided with the non-refundable materials fee.
