The call is open now for Small Expressions, Northwind Art's annual exhibit for the giving season. This is a varied show of two- and three-dimensional art no larger than 16 inches in any direction.
The application deadline is Sept. 24; Small Expressions opens Nov. 19 and runs through Jan. 4. Much more information is found on Northwind's CaFE page.
The Showcase 2027 call for entries is also open for artists across the region. The Showcase program features local and regional artists in Northwind Art’s Jeanette Best Gallery, 701 Water Street in Port Townsend. During the year, the program will gather approximately 36 artists in three cohorts, each of which will show across three separate periods: January 28 through May 10, 2027; May 13 through September 6, 2027; and September 9 through January 3, 2028.

Throughout the year, Northwind has three exhibit venues: the Jeanette Best Gallery program, the Artists Showcase, and the Community Art Program. The Jeanette Best program brings juried and invitational exhibits into the streetside space of the Jeanette Best Gallery in downtown Port Townsend. The Artists Showcase is an annual program presenting local artists in the adjacent Showcase space. The Community Art Program is an invitational program that places local artists' work on view at Jefferson Healthcare Hospital in Port Townsend.
