Scholarships for Youth and Adults
We extend our gratitude to the donors who make scholarships for youngsters and adults possible! Northwind Art believes that art enhances the well-being of individuals, community and the world. It must therefore be accessible to all.
If price is a barrier to registering for one of our classes, we encourage you to request a scholarship covering full or reduced-cost tuition. We do not assess or require proof of financial means. All prospective participants are welcome and encouraged to request a scholarship.
To request a scholarship, submit the form below at least two weeks before your class or camp starts, and before you register. You'll receive a response within 7 days of submitting, letting you know the percentage of tuition awarded. If awarded, you'll also receive a scholarship code to use during registration.
Scholarships are awarded based on the amount requested, Northwind’s available funds, and your scholarship history with Northwind Art. You're welcome to request a scholarship more than once, up to a combined awarded total of $500 per calendar year, per person. A minimum payment of $25 per class applies to all scholarships.
