DESCRIPTION
Celebrate the many colors of nature by exploring and experimenting with all of the possibilities for mixing gorgeous watercolor hues! In this very beginner-friendly class, students will acquire the skills and knowledge that will allow them to confidently add watercolor to their nature journals and sketchbooks.

We will focus on creating a wide range of nature-inspired colors using the three primaries of red, yellow and blue. Each week will be dedicated to creating a range of hues within a color family: gorgeous greens, beautiful blues, vibrant reds and oranges, and luminous neutrals. Each class will also include a guided nature drawing exercise that incorporates the colors taught that week. No experience is necessary.
