MARIAN MORRIS of Sequim has been painting the mountains, rivers, marine life and farmland of the Olympic Peninsula for more than 25 years. She has shown her work in many of Northwind Art’s juried exhibitions over the years, including the Artist Showcase and the annual Small Expressions. In recent years Marian has developed her practice and subject matter, to delve into forests, flowers, cityscapes and blue-water views.
Marian’s art education is through undergraduate courses, a graduate certificate in scientific illustration, and numerous workshops. She’s currently a member of Plein Air Washington Artists.
