DESCRIPTION
Create wonderful original art to enhance your valentine cards! Anne Schneider and Carol Nielsen guide you in the art of collage. Make your loved one's heart shine with colorful papers, patterns, and forms!
Whether you are an experienced artist or beginner, you can expand your creativity by exploring the use of collage. This is a just collage workshop, no paints. Card stock and envelopes, plus a selection of collage papers, will be supplied.

ABOUT ANNE
Living in Port Townsend for over 30 years, Anne Schneider emerged from retirement as a mixed media collage artist. While learning techniques in collage artistry from teachers across the country – she found her own unique voice, bringing a lively palette to abstraction. She is a member of Port Townsend Gallery with work in many private collections.
ABOUT CAROL
Carol Nielsen is a mixed media collage artist living in Port Ludlow for over 10 years. Carol began focusing on mixed media collage during her retirement and is self-taught. She has studied with various artists in Port Townsend and Port Ludlow, learning a variety of techniques that she incorporates into her designs. Carol values lifelong learning and continues to study with artists in the Pacific Northwest. Her style is influenced by many years of creating balance, symmetry, and connections in her work with teams and in nature as a Master Gardener.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Northwind Art has to cancel a course for any reason, all enrolled students will receive a 100% refund (including any materials fee).
Students who withdraw from a course at least seven days prior to its first meeting will receive a 90% refund (less any materials fee).
Students withdrawing fewer than seven days from the first day of class are not eligible for a refund except in the case of illness or injury, in which case they are eligible to receive a 40% refund (less any materials fee).
Please note that 10% of every course’s registration fee is considered to be a non-refundable deposit in cases of withdrawal to cover administrative overhead. All refunds will be applied to the same credit card that was used for enrollment. No credits or transfers will be granted.
