DESCRIPTION
This workshop is for anyone looking to strengthen their relationship with their Muse, deepen their creative practice, rekindle joy in making, or bring more creativity into their life.

Led by Sally Jean Fox, Ph.D., author of Meeting the Muse After Midlife, this immersive experience offers intuitive exercises and transformative art practices — all to help you break through creative blocks and ignite your unique spark. Through the power of storytelling, you’ll also begin shaping a new, inspiring vision for your creative life.

Whether you're a trained artist or someone longing to rediscover the power of play, this workshop invites you to explore creativity in a soul-filled, judgment-free space. If you want to:

• expand your expressiveness

• release limiting beliefs

• reclaim a passion you've set aside because of work or other responsibilities

• explore new artistic directions or navigate a life transition

— then this  is your opportunity to experiment, discover, and share in a supportive community.

What to expect:

- Engaging exercises including sounding, improv, movement, journaling, artistic expression, reflection, and storytelling;
- Practical strategies to design your life in ways that nurture and sustain your creativity;
- A welcoming space to experiment, play, and connect with fellow seekers and makers.

Workshop highlights:

- Awakening the Muse – Discover ways to access and nourish your inner spark through embodied creative practices such as painting, movement, storytelling, writing, and meditation;
- Mapping Your Creative Path – Identify obstacles, uncover new possibilities, and create a personalized roadmap for moving forward with confidence and clarity.

You’ll leave with the Embracing the Muse Workbook—a resource filled with ideas, inspiration, and actionable strategies to keep your creative spirit alive long after the workshop ends.
