Come with an idea of something you want to do or make — or let the moment and the community environment inspire you! You never know what might show up when you give yourself time and space to explore. Drop in, pop in and out, stay for the whole time, or stop by just to check it out and say hello! We'll start off the year with self-reflection and community creative work.

ABOUT GLO
Glo Lamson is a local artist who has worked in various mediums for more than 50 years. She holds a master of fine art degree in Arts and Consciousness, and appreciates being able to support people who are interested in hands-on creative work that combines with personal reflection, growth and healing. Glo often considers her life as her medium, with art making and photography as a way of working with it. Creative work offers her a way to connect, explore, deepen and reflect on the interplay between the world within her and the world around her. Glo draws inspiration from diverse sources such as prehistoric mark-making, alchemical processes and contemporary art, as well as spiritual and healing practices. She believes everyone is inherently creative, and that conscious creative work can help us cultivate greater presence, peace, and well-being — personally and collectively.
