ABOUT EMILY
Emily Tzeng is a farmer and natural dyer in the Puyallup River Valley. She grows a wide range of dye plants to use with the fiber from her flock of heritage breed sheep. Emily grew up on the rural Maryland Eastern Shore and went to architecture school in Houston, Texas before moving to Washington to work on small farms. While working at a vegetable farm, she started to grow natural dye plants to complement her renewed interest in fiber arts. A small flock of sheep soon arrived and it was only natural to start a botanically dyed farm yarn line! She loves showing others the magic of plant pigments.
