DESCRIPTION
Create a multi-dimensional art form using layers of different fabrics, without sewing! Fiber artist Vicki Assegued teaches you how to build on a flat foundation with fabric shapes that expand outward. You can use fabric pieces, second-hand clothing, placemats, lace, ribbon, pillowcases, and anything made with fabric. Vicki also guides you in using found objects such as jewelry parts, yarn and string in the assemblage. Many techniques will be shared to inspire a stunning and unique piece of wall-hanging art. This online workshop is great for both beginning and more experienced artists.
