Join teaching artist Judy Paolini for a one-day workshop exploring the process of printing on fabric using a variety of handmade and found object stamps. In this course you will learn what makes a good stamp, how to create successful hand printed patterns, when to use a repeat pattern and when to disrupt it, all using specialized inks on natural fabrics to make one-of-a-kind tea towels. You will walk away with the skills to create beautiful printed gifts and art.

All course materials and supplies are provided with the materials fee. Feel free to bring random objects that have at least one flat side with a texture or pattern you like.

After registration, course details are available via the Northwind Art School learning portal, including course syllabus and supply information. Learn more
