Katey Rissi leads this art camp for kids to experience the range of what is possible in printmaking! They’ll learn the basics of image transfer techniques, cyanotype printing, screen printing and a variety of relief printing methods – gaining a wonderful understanding of printmaking, its history and its artful potential. Every day brings a different type of printmaking for fun and creativity! Open to youth ages 10-17.
A $25 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class will cover all materials needed for the camp.

Katey Rissi holds a BFA in graphic design from Western Michigan University with an undergraduate focus in printmaking. She has worked extensively with stone lithography, relief printing, silkscreen, and mixed media processes. Katey teaches workshops for adults and kids and is a youth art teacher at The Island School on Bainbridge Island.
