DESCRIPTION
Unlock more creative and fun pinhole photography possibilities by exploring special effects with the Pinsta camera. This workshop will guide you through innovative techniques to incorporate mixed media elements such as textures, filters, text, drawings, templates, and objects, directly into the photographic process. Discover how these techniques can enhance your images with unique artistic effects, adding depth and dimension to your work.

Join us to experiment, create, and push the boundaries of traditional photography. No technical experience required.

For an introduction to these cameras check out Instant Analogue Pinhole Photography for Everyone (morning session) or Instant Analogue Pinhole Photography for Everyone (afternoon session) on Saturday, September 14.

This workshop is one of a four-part series all happening on Sunday, September 15th. Together these courses will help you push your exploration into pinhole cameras to the next level! Take advantage of all four offerings from our visiting artist Martin Vanners for the most comprehensive experience!

Pinsta Specialty Workshop 1: Secrets to Perfect Exposure

ABOUT MARTIN
Using his Pinsta camera, a simple box with a hole, Martin Vanners captures light directly onto photographic paper. While this method may seem slow and unpredictable to some, for Martin, it is a deeply contemplative and magical process – a way to connect with the universe. With a background that includes stints at Nikon and Wacom, Martin now dedicates his talents full-time to exploring the limitless possibilities of pinhole photography. He has been an invited speaker at the prestigious Amsterdam Photo Academy. His work has been featured in Focus Magazine, and he exhibits his photography globally. In addition to his role as a full-time pinhole photographer, Martin travels worldwide to provide highly sought-after Pinsta pinhole photography workshops and works freelance as a social media and content creator for U.K.-based Pinsta camera.
