LOCATION: In Person at Building 306, Fort Worden, Port Townsend.

Experience the range of what is possible in printmaking with Katey Rissi! In this four-day workshop, you’ll learn the basics of image transfer techniques, cyanotype printing, screen printing and a variety of relief printing methods. Katey’s friendly, fun, hands on approach will give you a wonderful understanding of printmaking, its history and its creative potential. Each day includes a one-hour break for lunch.


  • A $35 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class will cover all materials needed for the camp.
  • Bring your own lunch or purchase lunch fare from Fort Worden’s on-campus café.

Katey Rissi holds a BFA in graphic design from Western Michigan University with an undergraduate focus in printmaking. She has worked extensively with stone lithography, relief printing, silkscreen, and mixed media processes. Katey teaches workshops for adults and kids and is a youth art teacher at The Island School on Bainbridge Island.
